An athelete has to watch out for his/her diet,as eating too much,or too little,will affect his/her health,and his/her performance of what he/she has to do.
The althelete has to take special needs for dietry.Most of his/her meals should contain the regular basis of moderation-Rice,poultry,fish,fruits & vegetables.If the althelete is a all-round meat eater,he/she has to eat more meat in the meat section.If the althelete is a pure vegetarian,he/she should eat more in the fruits and vegetables section.
The althelete has to keep in mind of his/her daily exercise routine.Straight after all the exercises the althelete has to do for a day,he/she is recommended to take a shower and rest.
